Conscience and the Constitution: A site for the film, a documentary about the draft resisters of Heart Mountain, Wyoming, the War Relocation Authority Camp. It has a copy of the Lim Report, which was commissioned by the Japanese American Citizen's League, but censored by the organization after it was written.
