Litte Tokyo BID Update

The Little Tokyo Business Improvement District Committee met on April 16th at the Koban.

At this meeting, the Committee discussed the By-Laws which will govern the new 501(c)3 non-profit organization that will be created to oversee the BID.

In prior meetings, a draft budget, annual program, and boundaries of the Little Tokyo BID were determined.

Nevertheless, these decisions are not final and are subject to change. Your input and concerns are crucial while the Little Tokyo BID is still in the formation process. We encourage anyone interested to attend the BID meetings.
